История о жизненном выборе женщины, которая хочет совместить карьеру и личное счастье. Генеральный директор строительной компании "Т" Виктор Торопов заочно влюбляется в ведущую телепрограммы "Власть и бизнес" Наталью Погожину. По стечению обстоятельств Наталью вскоре увольняют. Торопов узнает об этом от подруги Погожиной, также ему становится известно, что Наталья - искусствовед. Он предлагает ей быть директором галереи, которую планирует открыть. Но приложением к договору на работу в галерее является брачный контракт. Женщина от такого предложения категорически отказывается.
